What is the difference between mini homes and modular homes?

A mini home is built as a completely finished single-section home while modular homes will come in two or more ‘modules’ that will be assembled and completed at your home site. The construction standard is no different between a manufactured mini home, versus a modular home. They are both manufactured under the same environmentally-controlled conditions, indoors, maintaining the strictest quality control standards in the industry. This is how Kent Homes produces such beautiful homes that are both good for the environment as well as your bottom line.
