Contact Havill’s Mini Homes. Our extremely knowledgeable staff are here to guide you through every step of the home-buying process.

STEP 4
Choose from a selection of new builds from Kent Homes or a previously-owned home.

STEP 5
Financing Essentials. What is the best way to pay for your new home? At Havill’s we can offer you financing support and guidance when purchasing your new home.

STEP 6
Your new home is on its way! If you’ve purchased a new Kent Home from us, we will make arrangements to have your home delivered from the manufacturer at a time line that is most convenient for you.  Previously-owned homes will be prepared and delivered to your chosen location upon purchase approval. 

STEP 7
Home Installation. After transporting and installing your new home on the location of your choice, we will take care of all the details to provide you with a stress-free “turnkey” home purchase, so that you can just move in and enjoy! 

STEP 8
Closing Day!  Congratulations, the big day has arrived.  Once you have signed your final mortgage papers and have received the funds from the lender, you will bring them into Havill’s and your Home Consultant will present you with the keys to your new home!  Once you get settled in, don’t hesitate to contact Havill’s if you have any questions or concerns.
