Still, you’re only a 30 minute drive from Halifax and all the amenities of the city.

Ten Beaches Estates has proven especially popular with down-sizers, as it is a quiet community that offers plenty of recreation opportunities for those with fewer work commitments. That said, there are also young professionals and families at Ten Beaches Estates, which makes for a happy mix.
