Leased Land Community Focus: Woodbine Park

For the majority of our clients, buying a mini home requires thinking about where they want to live and that can mean choosing a leased land community. Leasing a site in an existing community is often the most cost effective option for home owners, and offers fewer complications than buying property yourself to site your home on. Woodbine is a family orientated community with a brand new playground on-site, and because it is the largest community of its kind in the HRM it has a strong neighbourhood feel where people really look out for each other.

Other major draws for Woodbine residents are the great school system around it, and the access to many family friendly activities. There are number of community halls close to Woodbine, and it is serviced by several transit routes so that it is accessible for those without a car. There are golf courses and restaurants close by too.

Woodbine is located in a naturally beautiful area. There are plenty of trails to walk, and a duck pond in the park. Many of the sites at Woodbine back on to woodlands, and it offers generously sized lots.

Although Woodbine is great for families, it is a popular park with residents in every stage of their lives. Seniors love Woodbine because of its sense of community, and young professionals love it too for the amenities it offers.
