When Brian and Amy Martin moved their new Havill’s mini home into Valley Gate they weren’t sure what to expect but became instant friends with their neighbours. “When my husband built our shed, within a matter of minutes he had three neighbours over helping him,” explains Amy, “This past summer, we all got together with our neighbours every Saturday night. It’s like being part of a family out here and I can’t think of a better place to raise my two children.” Valley Gate is very family orientated. There’s plenty of room for kids to roam and play, and a trail that leads from the community to a new playground and basketball court located just behind the home sites. The community is close to an excellent elementary school and feeds into a highly rated high school. The community at Valley Gate encompasses folks from all walks of life, from young families to downsizers and everything in between. For those who love the outdoors, and want to live in a community full of people that genuinely care about each other, Valley Gate is a fantastic place to call home.

We have tight areas in our office and want to avoid client overlap.
