Set on a lake in Beaverbank, Woodbine sure is a pretty location to call home. Although it is our largest land lease community, Woodbine is a place where you really get to know your neighbours and everyone looks out for each other. Beaverbank is very much an up-and-coming area that is growing in popularity. Living at Woodbine, you’re surrounded by all the amenities you need from daycares to pharmacies and places to shop and eat. As the area continues to grow in popularity, so will the amenities, making Woodbine better and better all the time for its residents. Woodbine is an easy place to call home even if you don’t have or want a car: You can easily hop on a bus down Beaverbank Road to a major transit terminal and carry on your journey to anywhere you want or need to go. Families living at Woodbine are served by an excellent school system, and the park is considered by many to be a great place to raise kids. There is a large playground in the park as well as easy access to parks and trails. There’s a true mix of lifestyles at Woodbine, so you’ll find plenty of single professionals and retirees as well as families. Many folks who’ve moved into Woodbine tell us that they can’t imagine wanting to move anywhere else because they feel so connected to their neighbours at the park
