As the name suggests, Sackville Estates is located in the heart of Sackville. Living here, you're in walking distance to grocery stores, all other shopping, churches, movie theatres, and everything else you need to live your life well.

This community is served by several central bus-lines, but also close to to the main bus terminal so you can get pretty much everywhere that you need to go in the HRM. Residents of Sackville Estates love that they don't need a vehicle to live here.

Families love this community because it places you in walking distance to the respected Millwood School System. This is a big reason that many families move into this area, whether or not they are considering Sackville Estates. 

The Sackville River runs right through this community, which helps give a natural feel to the park and puts residents close to nature. This makes the park a sweet place to live in all seasons.

Masks are mandatory for staff and clients during the entirety of the visit. We offer masks & gloves at our office.
