Woodbine is a family orientated community with a brand new playground on-site. It is the largest community of its kind in the HRM, and because of that it has a strong neighbourhood feel where people really look out for each other.

Woodbine is located in a naturally beautiful area. There are plenty of trails to walk, and a duck pond in the park.

Many of the sites at Woodbine back on to woodlands, and it offers generously sized lots. Woodbine in fact offers some of the largest lots of any land lease community in the HRM.

Although Woodbine is great for families, it is a popular park with residents in every stage of their lives. Seniors love Woodbine because of its sense of community, and young professionals love it too for the amenities it offers.
