Woodbine Park

Woodbine is a family orientated community with a brand new playground on-site. It is the largest community of its kind in the HRM, and because of that it has a strong neighbourhood feel where people really look out for each other.

There are many factors that make Woodbine an attractive option for placing your home.

There's a great school system around it, and the access to many family friendly activities in the surrounding area. Living in Woodbine Park puts you close to both Sackville Sports Stadium and Sackville Arena, so that you have easy access to games and activities that your family may be interested in.

There are number of community halls close to Woodbine, and it is serviced by a transit route so that it is accessible for those without a car. There are golf courses, a public library, movie theatre, and plenty of restaurants close by too. Those who do drive will find the location very convenient as Woodbine Park is just a short drive from downtown Halifax, the airport, and pretty much everywhere in the HRM. You're close to everything that you need when living in Woodbine Park.

Woodbine is located in a naturally beautiful area. There are plenty of trails to walk, and a duck pond in the park.

Many of the sites at Woodbine back on to woodlands, and it offers generously sized lots. Woodbine in fact offers some of the largest lots of any land lease community in the HRM.

Although Woodbine is great for families, it is a popular park with residents in every stage of their lives. Seniors love Woodbine because of its sense of community, and young professionals love it too for the amenities it offers.
