Meet our team: Ghazala Palmer, Office/ Property Manager

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with our office manager/ property manager Ghazala Palmer, you’ll know that she’s a real gem – which explains why she is such a valued member of the Havills’ team and has been working with us for 18 years. “I started working with Havill’s in 2000,” Ghazala explains, “And I’ve stayed so long because of how much I love the business and the owner. I work for a wonderful, trustworthy, and loyal company, and the environment here is relaxed and peaceful. It feels like family here. I always tell everybody that I call out, “I’m home,” when I walk into the office in the morning.”

There’s never a dull moment for Ghazala in her role, as she wears many hats (and we don’t know what we’d ever do without her). In her dual roles, Ghazala manages two mini home parks – Valley Gate Park and Woodlawn Village Park – and handles all accounting and office administration for Havill’s. “I like getting the job done, while making everyone else’s jobs easier,” Ghazala says, and everyone else on the team knows that they can rely on her to do exactly that.

Outside of work, Ghazala says that she’s an adventurer. “I recently started doing a lot of hiking and exploring Nova Scotia, and I love chasing waterfalls,” she says, “I do love getting outdoors.”

To keep our staff & community safe our office will be open by appointment only. We are also happy to assist you virtually. (We offer virtual tours, virtual appointments, and dotloop) In person appointments will only be made when necessary & must be pre-booked.
When visiting us in person or dealing with our staff we will still require you to mask & sanitize. If you have been exposed to or have any symptoms of COVID 19 we ask that you re-schedule.
