When you purchase a mini home from Kent, you can switch up everything from the windows and siding to the kitchen cabinets and floors. Always dreamed of an white country kitchen with a butcher block island, atrium roof lines or a built in recessed porch ? We can put them into your dream mini home. Want pocket doors or contemporary barn-style sliding doors? No problem. You can even customize the lighting, faucets and shower / bath fixtures in your home.

Browse through our Design Studio (which is also a mini home) or use the Kent Design Guide, both of which we have available on-site, and you’ll see that there are dozens of ways that you could customize your home if that’s the route you think will best suit your personality and family needs. We’ll help you to chose options that work with your budget, and with the model of home that you are interested in.

You’ll need to keep in mind that some of these upgrades will increase your new home’s final cost, but we find that for most of our clients this is accepted as they know what they want in their forever home, and they love the fact that they can have it delivered and installed fully customized, so that there’s no need for future renos once they move in.
